Things I love to know when hearing from someone for the first time include:

• "On a scale of 1-10, how urgent is this?

• "What would you love to gain from working together?"

• "What have you done in the past that has worked?"

• "What's one thing you love about your voice?"

• "Why do you want to work with me specifically?"

• "Who may I thank for referring you to me?"

And finally, if you would like for me to follow up by phone, please include your number and the best time to reach you. I always enjoy the chance to hear each other's voices as we make a plan! It kind of humanizes things and can take any pressure off as we laugh and say hello!
